Videographer

Role Purpose:

The Videographer is responsible for capturing, producing, and delivering high-quality video content that tells compelling stories about the sport, athletes, events, and brand. The role combines creative vision with strong technical execution to produce engaging video content for digital, social, broadcast, and internal platforms. The position exists to enhance fan engagement, brand impact, and commercial storytelling through professional-grade video production.

In our organisation, the Videographer is the “cinematic engine,” responsible for capturing the high-energy, real-time action that the Content Creator and Graphic Manager then package for fans. While the Creator focuses on “what” to post and the Graphic Manager on “how” it looks, the Videographer is technical lead for “how” it is filmed.
